These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pharmacy Weight Loss Portishead online clinic and any products or services we provide. By using our service, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Portishead is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Portishead, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medicines through our online platform. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and comply with all applicable UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over, a resident of the United Kingdom, and capable of providing accurate and truthful health information. Our weight loss treatments are not suitable for everyone. You must complete our online consultation honestly and in full. We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where it is deemed clinically inappropriate, without obligation to provide reasons in every case.

Certain medical conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, severe hepatic impairment, eating disorders, and specific cardiovascular conditions, may make you ineligible for treatment. Our prescribing team will assess eligibility on an individual basis.

3. Prescriptions

All prescription medicines supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Portishead are issued following an independent clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. A prescription will only be issued where it is considered safe and clinically appropriate for you.

We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. You must not share your prescribed medication with any other person. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only at Pharmacy Weight Loss Portishead unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to request additional medical information or decline to prescribe at any stage. Our prescribers act in accordance with UK clinical guidelines and their professional obligations.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. In the event that your consultation results in a decision not to prescribe, a full refund will be issued for the cost of any unprescribed medication. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed.

5. Delivery

Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked postal service. We aim to ensure safe and discreet packaging at all times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order before your prescription has been dispensed. Once medication has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medicines under UK law, as they cannot be resold or reused.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at the details provided on our website. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days.
